The structure of city and town high school teachers' title is more reasonable,but in rural schools,the proportion of teachers who acquire the second rank of high school and the third rank is larger.Meanwhile,village,town,and city high schools have recruited a group of teachers with the title of first rank of primary school from primary schools.The proportion of teachers with no title in these three kinds of schools is larger and are mostly participants of teacher support program and apprentice teachers.Most of them are recruited to fill in the vacant positons.Young and mostly educated in junior colleges or better ones,they infuse new vigor into the instruction of these schools.
